The section, “Do You Know,” brings forth some little-known facts that contribute to the distinctness of the Granite State. A photo section tests the reader’s knowledge of buildings, views, and objects commonly seen but not necessarily recognized. A trivia chapter tests the reader’s knowledge about some well-known and lesser-known facts.
The book ends with the “Treasures” of New Hampshire – the institutions and places that make NH a remarkable place to live and work. Todd Wiley spent his early summers along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and on the trails of the Ossipee and White Mountains. In 1980 he moved with his wife to New Hampshire, where he taught English for thirty-six years and raised a family of three sons.
