Sgt. Corey MacDonald, Esq.

Sgt. Corey MacDonald, Esq. is the Prosecuting Attorney for the Portsmouth, NH, Police Department, and is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar. He is recognized as a Drug Recognition expert, and is acknowledged as the most knowledgeable law enforcement person in the country on MySpace.com.  He spent a year on MySpace.com as a school resource officer, and has lectured before school and law enforcement groups throughout the United States.

Sgt. MacDonald will demonstrate how to register on MySpace.com and other leading social networking sites, such as YouTube.com, Hi5.com and others.  He will explain how the emergence of these social networking sites has created new challenges for law enforcement and schools but also has provided new opportunities for law enforcement to discover intelligence and evidence of crime that was previously not available. He will explain how school administrators also can utilize these sites to gain valuable information about what is going on in their schools, and to discover often revealing information about their students.
